About Susan

Susan Witt has been an active member of the Southeastern Michigan community for a large portion of her life working in the non-profit education area. She has enjoyed working with people at the Monroe Intermediate School District, University of Michigan, and Michigan Works. She has continued that community focus in the area of real estate. Her love of real estate began when she assisted a friend in finding a house long before she obtained her real estate license in 2021. The pandemic really propelled her into change. She has been awarded as a Top Performer with Key Realty One for the 3rd Quarter of 2022, and is working diligently toward her next goal. With a passion for service in Lenawee, Monroe, and Washtenaw counties, Susan Witt is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Coldwell Banker Haynes family, she carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. When Susan Witt isn’t making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time decorating, gardening, and spending time with her family, especially her children, grand kids, and friends. She lives in Lambertville, Michigan with her husband and her sweet little dog, Hope.
