What a GORGEOUS piece of property! 10 Acres flanked on either end by over 45,000 acres of State land! Signs of deer everywhere and trails all around. Abermanis Trail splits the property, but there are only a couple neighbors that use it -- more of a 2-track than a road, but very passable. You can pull into a nice clearing with a fairly respectable outhouse/shed on the south side of the road. Deeper in the woods on the north side, you'll find another outhouse.
