This 120 acre tract offers peaceful seclusion in the midst of the State Forest yet only 11 miles from Sault Ste. Marie and 45 minutes to the Mackinac Bridge. Completely wooded with mix of mature trees including maple, poplar and evergreens. Roughly 40 acres of lowland and 80 acres of upland. The one room camp is in need of a some repair but can be made cozy again with a little work. The camp is wired for generator and has a wood stove for heat and hot water however there is not a well. Shooting lane is cleared from the camp and there are old trials that will need some clearing. Access is over State Land on existing two track coming off the end of west 14 mile. State borders on some sides and large private tracts on the others.
