About Jim

I'm a licensed Associate Broker & REALTOR® at Coldwell Banker Woodland Schmidt in Holland, MI. I began my real estate career in 2014, and qualified for Chairman's Club in 2020. I've received advanced sales training like Coldwell Banker's Achieving Maximum Production class and The Real Estate SWAT School. I'm a long term resident of West Michigan and I love serving the area I grew up in. I've always been active in the community having served on the Herrick District Library Board of Trustees, the Grand Valley State University Alumni Association Executive Committee and have been active with my church having served as treasurer and on the endowment committee. Being a graduate of Grand Valley State University, I'm a big Laker football fan. My wife Liza and I enjoy travel, reading, and spending time with our family which includes our 4 grown kids and 2 grand kids. We live in Park Twp. and we love it here in West Michigan!
