Since launching my career in 2015, I have successfully represented clients in over 100 transactions, cultivating a deep expertise in the local market by blending a passion for service with a rigorous professional standard.

My journey in real estate was intentional from the start, shaped by a specialized education at Ferris State University. My career began with a foundational two-year partnership alongside trusted agent Susan Schwaderer. Following Sue's retirement, I continued our legacy of service as a solo agent, ensuring our past clients remained in good hands while welcoming new ones.

My dedication to the craft led to my promotion to Office Sales Manager in 2022 and subsequently to Regional Broker in 2025. While I am honored to lead and support my fellow Schmidt agents, I remain actively engaged in the field, focusing my efforts on the clients who trust me with their property goals. My advice is backed by a diverse professional history that includes real estate title processing, banking, product sales, and technology support?giving me a unique, 360-degree perspective on the transaction process.

Life in Northern Michigan

Originally from central Michigan, I made Northern Michigan my permanent home and have never looked back. Clients often note my optimism and welcoming demeanor, traits that stem from a genuine love for where I live and what I do.

Outside of the office, you can find me embracing the Northern Michigan lifestyle with my husband and children. Whether we are camping, hiking, boating, off-roading, skiing or snowmobiling, we take full advantage of the region's four-season beauty. I am also an enthusiastic supporter of local youth sports, often attending or coaching my children's games, and I am an active volunteer in my church and community.
