As the majority of the property is tucked back off of US-2, you get the peaceful atmosphere of the Upper Peninsula combined with year-round road access. Marblehead Creek passing through provides a great nearby water source for wildlife. A mixture of grasses along the creek, thick alders, and conifers throughout provide tremendous cover and bedding areas for deer. The open area to the south provides a great opportunity to park a deer blind and catch bucks passing through on those crisp fall mornings.
