I have been a Realtor since 2017 & have remained with the same brokerage & office since I started. I helped more clients in Metro Detroit & Southeast Michigan in 2021 than I did between 2017 & 2020 combined & have been recognized by my brokerage for my 2021 sales performance with an Exceptional Year Award, Relocation Award, & membership in the International Sterling Society (top 25% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide). Out of nearly 600 agents in the company, I was also personally named "Social Media Standout" so I fully understand the importance of generating exposure for your property on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Furthermore, in spite of the interest rate hikes, 2023 ended up being my 2nd best year & outperforming the market has enabled me to continue my services to clients. Although I am proud of these achievements, I am much prouder of the difference & impact I have made for my clients. My successes would not be possible without them & I shall forever remain grateful for them entrusting me with their business.
