About Peter

A native of Leelanau County, and with a father in the business, real estate and the area I live is in my blood. Though I formally entered the business in 2010, my education in real estate began far earlier. My skills were honed by exploring the far corners of the County throughout my youth, and venturing out with my father to occasional appointments from an early age. In 2017 I assumed the Sales Manager role for the Glen Arbor office. A keen focus on service to my clients, strong marketing skills, and a solid foundation in all aspects of real estate have allowed me to succeed for my clients in a variety of market conditions and property types.Prior to beginning my career in real estate, I spent 6 years in Corporate & Investment Banking with PNC Bank in their Debt Capital Markets group where I worked on a variety of financing transactions for middle market companies including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, leveraged ESOPs and general corporate & working capital needs.
