Brook Hill offers quarter ownership with each share deeded twelve weeks, or one week about every month, including two 2-week stays in the summer months. Centrally located within the resort with distant views of the lake, dunes and sunsets. This one bedroom, one bath condominium features fireplace, master suite, laundry, private owner storage and deck with scenic views of Lake Michigan, the Sleeping Bear dunes, the Brook Hill pond and golf greens. RCI membership is optional to trade weeks here for weeks around the world. Receive income for the weeks you cannot use through the resort rental management program. The schedule slightly rotates every year, allowing all shares to have same schedule eventually. Weeks run Friday to Friday.
