I’m Fletcher Baldwin, a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Professionals based in Fenton and working across Fenton and the surrounding areas. I got into real estate because I genuinely enjoy helping people make smart moves and avoid bad ones. Buying or selling a home is a big deal and most people only do it a few times in their life so my job is to make sure you understand what you’re doing why you’re doing it and feel confident the whole way through. I’m especially passionate about helping first time buyers people who feel stuck renting and homeowners who want a real plan before they list. I’m very hands on very responsive and I don’t disappear once the paperwork starts. I use strong marketing video and social media to get homes in front of the right buyers and I focus on honest pricing and smart negotiation to protect my clients on both sides of the deal.
