I am a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors in Cheboygan, Michigan, and have been listing and selling real estate full-time in Beautiful Northern Michigan since 1990. I am originally from the Downriver area of Detroit. My family, (Husband, Son, Daughter, and I) moved to Cheboygan in 1978 from Trenton, Michigan. Since that time we have added five grandchildren, all of whom have elected to stay in the surrounding area. I have taken Business and Accounting classes at North Central Michigan College, I belong to the Water Wonderland Board of Realtors, and, through Coldwell Banker, I am a Certified Negotiation Specialist and certified in Short Sale and Foreclosure Resources as well.
