About Tyler

My name is Tyler Snider and I'm a new Realtor at Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtor's in Cedarville, MI. I've moved back home to Drummond Island from Lake of the Woods, Minnesota where I was a charter boat captain for 18 years. Expanding on my adventures, I ventured to seaward Alaska where I spent 2 seasons with fisherman from all over the world in Resurrection Bay. Over the years relating with customers from the Midwest has given me the confidence and knowledge to provide a comfortable relaxed and informative experience on the water which I will bring with me as a real estate salesperson. Along with being a PADI open water scuba instructor, I've also tried my hand at driving a propane truck in Cedarville for 3 winters which familiarized myself with most of the Eastern Upper Peninsula. Currently, I am also working with Community Action on Drummond Island delivering meals throughout the week. Throughout my travels, I began buying and selling homes and often thought this career would fit me well. That was three years ago and today my dream became fruition with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtor.
