The Fleese Farm is an 80 acre farmstead in the heart of the County that for the past 28 years has been under the stewardship of a Leelanau resident who simply wished to preserve a timeless bit of agricultural heritage. Protected in 2020 with a perpetual conservation easement that shields the bulk of the land from development, it can still accommodate a variety of uses such as a CSA, vineyard and winery, or agri-tourism business and allows for a second farmstead building area on the eastern portion of the property.
