About Brooke

Brooke Iltis, broker/owner of Coldwell Banker Lakes Realty, has over ten years of experience in the real estate business and is excited to be able to put that knowledge and experience to work for you. Brooke was born and raised in Big Rapids, MI which she believes has given her the opportunity to help her clients with their goals of buying or selling real estate in this particular area as she understands this market extremely well. She also believes that each real estate transaction she has been a part of has taught her something new about the real estate business. In most cases, friendships have also blossomed from the work that she has provided. In 2004 she married her husband John Iltis, and together the two have owned and operated Iltis Construction since 1999. The two have three daughters together and enjoy spending their summers on the Muskegon River boating, jet skiing, tubing, and fishing. The winter months provide the Iltis family with the opportunity to focus on home projects and time to brainstorm for the upcoming busy season.
