About Lance

I grew up in Grand Rapids, MI but did not move to Cadillac until 2022 after a five-year stint in Iowa. Although my family enjoyed the plethora of things to do in Grand Rapids as well as the slower pace of a small town where we lived in Iowa, we knew we wanted to find a place to settle that meshed the two and was closer to family. For me that was Cadillac! In my free time I enjoy a wide range of activities including riding motorcycles, hunting, ice skating, golfing, and raising chickens on our family's farm. I received my Leadership in Ministry Degree back in 2019 and have worked in a variety of secular fields over the past decade carrying various leadership roles. I have always been interested in real estate and have personally flipped and sold several homes. These experiences helped launch me into my career as a real estate agent in 2025. Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors was a natural fit for me as they have one of the most reputable real estate brands worldwide and is comprised of individuals who value on-going education, community involvement, and providing customized experiences for clients unique to our area. My pathway to real estate might be unconventional but my experiences, both professionally and personally, allows me to interact well with a wide range of clients. I look forward to working with you!
