Mark Kowalske has 40 years plus experience as a full time Realtor, selling nearly 2000 homes. Today he operates and co-manages Coldwell Banker, Schmidt Realtors, out of the same building in Boyne City that his father did when it was a gas station. Some of his accomplishments are, Realtor of The Year for Antrim, Charlevoix, Kalkaska, Board of Realtors, Who's Who in Real Estate in America, Boyne City's Community Pride Award, C-21 International Hall of Fame and his book, The Boyne Advantage. His Hobbies include Boyne City Stroll the Streets and music.
