This is a build to suit. There is currently no home built and therefore nothing to walk-through. We have three available homesites to choose from. Lot 1, Lot 34 & Lot 39. We ask that customers visit the site to confirm they'd like to live in this community. You may note other homesites you'd prefer. Call Matt Adler or Eric Veronica to learn how the program works, then go to any lender you want. Once you have a pre-approval for a construction/permanent loan, we can meet at our selection center to review home plans that meet your goals and look at sample materials of everything they can choose from.
