About Rich

Rich has called Central Maine home since 1987 and brings a wealth of real-world experience to his role in real estate. A graduate of the University of Maine at Augusta with a degree in Architectural Design, Rich began his career designing homes for Hammond Lumber, where he spent eight years creating more than 1,500 homes throughout the region. He went on to serve for 25 years with the Office of State Fire Marshal, specializing in commercial construction and code compliance. Alongside his professional career, Rich has built 15 homes himself - giving him a well-rounded, hands-on understanding of the building process from start to finish. Today, Rich is excited to put that knowledge to work for his clients. Whether buying or selling, he is committed to helping people navigate the process with confidence and achieve their goals. Outside of real estate, Rich has been married to his wife Cindy for 37 years. They have two sons and three grandchildren. He has been an active member of the community, spending many years coaching youth soccer. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Rich traveling to visit his grandchildren or enjoying time on the lake at camp.
