About Nick

Nick Denis, born and raised in Central Maine, is a proud graduate of Lawrence High School. After completing his high school education, Nick attended Kennebec Valley Community College, where he was a part of the Electrical Line Worker program. Graduating at the top of his class, Nick had an opportunity to join a successful career in line work with Central Maine Power. Later, Nick seized the opportunity to join his two brothers in taking over their family business, Carroll’s Body Shop, a well-established and respected local operation in Winslow, Maine. Deeply committed to his community, Nick has served in various capacities over the years. Now, he’s eager to expand his professional journey into real estate, bringing the same dedication and work ethic to this new chapter. Nick currently resides in Winslow, Maine, with his partner Emily, his son Emmitt, and his lovely pup Mia Sophia.
