Nice camp, on the shores of Plunkett Pond in Benedicta Maine. Nice level lot, I included the map online . Keep the original camp on the water , holding tank is there drilled well and a storage building. Across the road, ask Lurc, you could easily put a garage there. Very level lot !! Electricity there!! Nice area to put a dock !! Grand fathered in right on the water!! I have a video , I heard the loons from there. Level lot put an RV there also . Great place to camp, listen to the loons, ATV, Snowsledding, Fish, or Hunting. They have a great fishing derby there. Great place to relax, and cheap taxes. You will love the area !! 1 hour to Bangor, 35 min to Canada, Baxter State Park and Katahdin woods and Waters if you liked trails or North Woods is 30 min away.
