About Keri-Ann

I am a people-oriented caretaker at heart. Throughout my life, I have always wanted to help others and greatly enjoy working with people. I have been blessed to work with people of all walks of life in many different arenas. I am a proud mother of three adult children who are by far my greatest success. I spent 25 years working for Maine Health taking care of patients. I have also carried an active massage therapy license since 2003. While holding these positions and raising a family, I have always found ways to fulfill my desire to create by engaging in the process of making a house a home. There is no place more important to me than my home. Home is where your family is and where memories are made; it's your safe space to relax from this ever changing fast-paced world that we live in. I was born and raised in Portland, Maine; therefore, I'm very familiar with the surrounding bedroom towns. I have also spent a great deal of time in the western mountains of Maine. Cumberland, York, and Franklin Counties are my focused areas to be of assistance. I come with strong recommendations for logistics such as Lenders, Title companies, contractors, tradesmen & women, firewood, and property maintenance such as plowing and mowing. My husband and I are living in our 4th home in southern Maine. We have lived in very different styles of homes; we put our own stamp on each of them. Whether it be opening up a wall, adding a bathroom, laying a penny countertop, or creating a new landscape– I am very engaged in home improvement projects. I have an eye for how to best use a space. We have bought and sold 3 properties in the western mountains and are presently building our retirement home. A few of these properties offered additional living spaces that turned out to be successful Airbnb's and rental properties. I have truly enjoyed meeting the guests who have crossed our paths since 2016 from all over the globe. Operating rental properties has allowed me to utilize my other passions like decorating and cooking. Paying attention and care to special details to tailor to the needs of those staying has allowed me to create deeper and more meaningful connections. I have had years of experience purchasing and selling property on my own, along with many years of operating short-term and long-term rentals. Doing this as a living comes naturally to me. I love looking at houses. I understand the need for selling whether it's a matter of upsizing, downsizing, or just needing a change of scenery. I find it extremely rewarding to help others find their special spot to call their sanctuary.
