I’m Elias “Eli” Leland, a Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty and the founder of Maine Home Team, powered by Coldwell Banker Realty. I help people buy, sell, and invest in real estate across Maine, with a strong focus on York County, Cumberland County, and the southern coastal Maine market. Whether someone is buying their first home, selling a longtime property, looking for an investment opportunity, or trying to navigate a complicated situation, I work to make the process clear, strategic, and successful. I believe real estate is one of the best tools people can use to improve their lives, create options, and build long-term wealth. For some people that means buying their first home. For others it means downsizing, relocating, selling at the right time, purchasing a multi-unit, or finding the right investment property. My job is to understand the goal first, then build the smartest path to get there. Clients often describe me as responsive, honest, calm under pressure, and easy to work with. I take communication seriously. I answer calls, return messages, and stay engaged throughout the process. Real estate can feel overwhelming when people don’t know what’s happening, so I focus on keeping clients informed and confident from start to finish. Before real estate, I worked in healthcare as a phlebotomist and instructor. I also spent years coaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. Those experiences shaped how I operate today. Healthcare taught me professionalism, patience, and how to work with people in high-stress situations. Coaching taught me discipline, accountability, and how to help people perform under pressure. Real estate rewards those same skills every day. I’m also building Maine Home Team so clients can benefit from stronger support, broader coverage, and more resources while still getting the personal service and accountability I’m known for. My goal is to combine trusted one-on-one guidance with the advantages of a growing team. I’m proud to have helped clients across Maine close millions in real estate volume, but numbers alone aren’t what matter most to me. What matters is doing right by people, protecting their interests, solving problems, and helping them make smart decisions.
