I have been in the real estate industry since 1986 starting out as an agent helping clients buy and sell residential property. In 1989 I was given the opportunity to begin a career in the real estate property management field where I spent the next 27 years handling rentals and managing an investment property for my clients in Greater Portland and beyond. Working in my hometown of Scarborough, learning about my community in depth, and getting to know another side of the real estate field. This experience gave me the opportunity to sharpen my real estate sales skills and really learn what potential clients need; from a renter as a first-time buyer, a homeowner looking to upgrade or downsize to seasoned property investors looking to buy and sell investment properties, and get the most of their portfolio.
