All about Me. I am a full-time Realtor and I look forward to helping you with all your needs. My career in Real Estate began in 1989 at Century 21 Balfour, where I quickly became a Top Producer. I then opened my own company, American Dream Realty, and was able to sell in Maine and Florida, spending my time in Scarborough and Sanibel Island. In 2010, I returned to Maine full time to teach my two boys to ski, landing where it all started at Coldwell Banker in Cape Elizabeth in 2015. My business since 2015 has Soared and I've been fortunate to have brought my Son Sean into the business. I also have a large following of past clients I've helped over the years since 1989 My extended family of six with businesses all across New England gives me great exposure to the Lewiston , Brunswick , Yarmouth , Rangeley Area. The Portland location of my new office allows me to focus on travelers relocating into our areas. The city draws a super new crowd of buyers arriving daily. My expert areas are in Island water sales as well as the rental Market Managing property for a few clients on their purchases.
