I divulged into real estate when my husband and I were at the beginning stages of purchase a home. I knew this was an intricate and complex process and wanted to know all the ins and outs as a buyer. Being torn between taking the first time homebuyers course or becoming a licensed agent, I found a love for this industry that I never thought existed and have been in real estate the past 7 years. I have worked mostly with buyers, listening to their lists of needs and wants in a perfect home. Talking them through the process of making such an important purchase and also speaking to them in such a language that they understand. There's are many things in this industry that can be very overwhelming and language that can be overpowering so I think having a conversations with clients that they can fully understand makes a huge difference. More recently, I have transitioned into a listing agent as well, which I find very exciting. Learning a new role and knowing that sellers are making more money than they have ever imagined is truly a gift that I am so grateful to be able to help them with. My past clients will tell you that I'll spend lots of time, listening, learning and caring about their needs. I want them to know and feel that they are my focus. Being a mom I know how valuable time is and so I respect and value all the time we have and also how our time is very limited, especially when it comes to buying in this market.
