Empowering our group...how do we do that? By offering... Weekly skill sessions that build competence and confidence. Weekly Action Workshops that increase knowledge and keep independent agents sharp in this continually changing business climate. Monthly one on one business strategy sessions that focus on the individual agent 's business plan and activities designed to help them reach their individual goals- definitely not a "one size fits all" program! A wide variety of live webinars that can give agents "hands on" education in a continually changing menu of technology subjects. In this fast paced technological world, if one is not moving forward, they are moving backward. The power of the office staff....... WE have 2 full time administrators who facilitate the behind the scene operations (processing listings and under contracts, entering and maintaining listings in the MLS service, ordering yard signs and setting up video shoots on listings). These ladies have been with us for years and work to make our agents' lives easier. This way agents can focus on what they do best- marketing their sellers's properties and seeking the right home for buyers.
