Situated directly off Route 191 in the village of Meddybemps, Maine, it features a long dock, ample parking, and excellent access for both trailered boats and kayaks.The lake is a renowned fishing destination in eastern Maine, famous for its smallmouth bass, landlocked salmon, and white perch. Because the body of water is studded with numerous coves and islands, the launch provides a popular starting point for both anglers and recreational paddlers.
