About Nina

Nina Jonas is a Real Estate Professional in the State of Maine. She specializes in Residential Real Estate, and has been involved in many aspects of Real Estate Sales and Buying over the years. Nina's personal experience in the purchase and selling of numerous properties both in New York City and Southern Maine, including condos, coops and single family homes has provided her with the unique experience of understanding both sides of the real estate transaction from A-Z. Nina has also served on two Condominium and and three Coop Boards over the years. She is a member of the National, State and York County Board of Realtors. Nina epitomizes integrity, energy, diligence and creative service in every aspect of the Real Estate process and transaction. Having resided in Montreal, NYC and Southern Maine, she understands the complexities and nature of local and out of State buyers and sellers. Nina also holds her certification in Staging/Redesign/Interior Design and Professional Organizing and has worked on several properties including condos and residential homes. Her goal is to provide the service to her clients that exceeds all expectations. Nina obtained her Undergraduate and Graduate degree in Liberal Arts at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, where she was born and raised. After graduation, she relocated to New York City where she began her career as a Human Resource Manager/Director/Recruiter in the world of publishing, high end retail and the non profit sector. After leaving the corporate world to raise her two sons, Nina continued to utilize her corporate skills as a volunteer at a prestigious NYC private school, serving as a long time member on the PTA and as part of the Development Officer/ Fundraiser team marketing and raising capital for the school's Annual Fund Campaign, and long term fund raising goals. During her spare time Nina works part time teaching in the local schools and is involved in several annual charitable events. She is also an artist/photographer and an avid cyclist, equestrian, runner and loves gardening. Nina has served as a board member for Seaglass Performing Arts, High Seas Condominium, 220 Riverside Boulevard, 336 West End Avenue and 11 Riverside Drive, NYC.
