About Jason

I grew up in Maine, and for almost 20 years I've been working with folks to help them meet their goals and or navigate change in their lives. I started my career in the early 2000s working in mental health, and later worked in senior care, while working my way through college at the University of Southern Maine. I later earned my masters' degree in International Relations at Harvard University. I also worked at Harvard for ten years in the Public Affairs department managing community outreach and events, often in multiple languages. Simultaneously, I was growing my own real estate portfolio in Maine which now includes multi-family, waterfront, and short-term rental property. This led to my becoming a Realtor in Maine so that I can share my knowledge and experience in real estate with others. I work with a variety of clients - sellers and buyers, first time homebuyers, investors, and folks who are relocating. I've worked with all types of properties - fixer-uppers, vacation homes, primary residences, multi-family buildings, and flip homes. In 2024, I was awarded the Coldwell Banker Realty International President's Circle Award - this is given to the top 4% of agents in Coldwell Banker globally. In Maine, I was the #4 agent for 2024 within Coldwell Banker for # of units. I should point out that in my work, however, I do not focus only on sales numbers or set metrics, but rather on the folks I serve and how I can best meet their needs. I really enjoy what I do - I value the trust that my clients have in me, and I don't take my responsibility to them lightly. Outside of work, you'll find me outdoors in all four seasons enjoying all that Maine has to offer. Kayaking, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or exploring the coast - you'll find me there!
