About Wanda

I grew up in the small town of Durham, Maine in an old farmhouse with 165 acres needing a lot of TLC. It was here that my love of everything houses began. I love renovating, decorating, building them and helping others buy and sell them. I worked for a land development company for two years, I was the project manager for the development and construction of a 4 lot subdivision in Gorham and was the general contractor for 4 of my own houses. I have 4 grown children. I am proud to say that three of them serve in the military, so I understand all the experiences that come with that life! The experiences I have gained from all of these, have helped me immensely in this business. I also love working with people! Real estate is my passion!
