Hello I'm Kara, I'm an Associate Broker with 4 years of experience and over 130 clients and families helped! I'm passionate about my clients, my community, and helping people achieve their real estate goals. If you have a dream home in mind, I'll find it and get you under contract quickly! My negotiation and communication skills are unparalleled, and I believe my greatest asset and the reason I am able to get so many buyers under contract. I understand buyer and seller behavior and use my Masters Degree in psychology often to mediate and navigate challenging and difficult situations that can arise throughout the transaction. I have good relationships with agents all over Maine which I feel is also an integral part of real estate. I have vast experience in everything from for sale by owners to first time home buyers and real estate investors. I'm not just all business though. I'm also an avid reader and will tackle many books at once. I love hanging out with my family, watching my son play soccer, good food, yoga, and walking.
