About Susan

In her 30 years of real estate sales, Susan has sold properties all over the state of Maryland. She enjoys helping people find a house to call home or sell a house to prepare to move to their next home. Susan loves working with military members & 1st time homeowners. She has sold houses from the very modest to the very large, from starter homes to forever homes, to selling family homes for estates or due to divorce. All sellers & buyers are treated with respect, no matter how big or small the property, or their situation. Susan is well versed in the rules and regulations in Maryland, and enjoys educating consumers about how real estate works. Susan has taught real estate pre-licensing classes for aspiring salespersons & brokers since 2006. It’s a joy to help new agents learn how to become Realtors. She also helps licensed agents with their continuing education requirements so they can continue to be Realtors and mentors new agents. Originally from Weehawken NJ, Susan moved to Clinton, MD from Okinawa, Japan in 1989 when her husband was stationed at the Pentagon. She lived there with her husband and 3 children until 2022, when she and her husband moved to White Hall, MD where they currently live and plan to retire in the future. Susan enjoys gardening, reading, and cooking, and loves to relax in front of a roaring fire in the winter.
