Based in Salisbury, MD with coverage of Maryland and Delaware, our team offers a broad range of services and skill sets to ensure our clients get the best of all worlds when buying or selling. Our Team Leader, Donna Harrington, became a full-time Realtor in 2007 during a difficult market and quickly grew her business to become a Top Producing Agent in the Salisbury office. With the continued growth of her client base and repeat client referrals, in 2019 Donna expanded her business to encompass a Real Estate Team comprised of agents she’s worked with throughout her career, and with the addition of newer agents to bring fresh ideas and a broad range of skill sets. The first team member to join was Donna’s sister, Christina Littleton-Weigand, a long-term licensee who is now working as one of our team's Inside Sales Associates. She is joined by Donna's daughter, Hanna Harrington, who also nurtures incoming leads and ensures all property requests are responded to quickly! Other additions include licensed Buyer/Seller Agent Specialists -Amanda Tingle, Amanda Manning, Kyle Jerkins, Rachel Shumaker and Arelis Velez-Concepcion, our first bilingual agent. We're excited to have a Spanish speaking team member to support a broader client base. Our team also has a full-time Transaction Coordinator, Amber Waller, and a Team Marketing Manager.
