About Bayley

Bayley Brown Covey is a lifelong Dorchester County resident with deep roots in the Eastern Shore community. She graduated from Saints Peter and Paul High School in Easton before earning her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Salisbury University, where she also served as an intern for Senator Richard Colburn. Bayley enters her role at Coldwell Banker Realty with a strong foundation in the industry. She is a third-generation Realtor with nearly a decade of experience, bringing both local knowledge and seasoned expertise to her clients. In addition to her real estate background, she holds professional designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). Driven, client-focused, and proud of her Eastern Shore heritage, Bayley looks forward to continuing her commitment to exceptional service as part of the Coldwell Banker Realty team.
