I arrive in the US in 1982 from Venezuela. I earned my Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1988. I have lived in the Washington, DC area since then. I have worked as a Civil Engineer in the Washington DC area for over 34 years and I have been involved in the design and construction of numerous residential, commercial and government projects. I started investing in real estate on over 15 years ago. I have always been passionate about real estate and helping clients to buy their dream house. All my clients consider that buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions they make in their lives.
