For Lawrence, the answer starts with his deep roots in the Maryland communities where he now helps clients buy and sell. A licensed REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty, Lawrence was born in Washington, D.C., and grew up in Montgomery County, first in the Bethesda and Darnestown area and then for the past twenty years on a family farm on the Montgomery–Frederick County line. That upbringing gave him a deep, firsthand knowledge of the region, from the established neighborhoods of Montgomery County to the rapidly growing communities across Frederick County, and the District where he later attended law school. Lawrence's path to real estate runs through two lifelong interests. The first is the work itself. Growing up, he assisted his father, a longtime interior designer, in customizing beautiful homes across the DMV. This experience gave him a discerning eye for what makes a house feel like home. Lawrence also assisted his mother in managing rental properties in Frederick, Montgomery County and DC. The second is advocacy. For nearly four years, Lawrence has practiced as a civil trial attorney, taking a wide variety of cases through trial. That work shaped how he approaches every transaction, thorough due diligence, close attention to every detail, and a commitment to advancing his client's interests at every turn.
