Each condo unit is scheduled to start closing in 20- minute intervals; with Unit 1 starting to end at 10:00am. The live auction will need to follow the online bidding clock schedule. Unit 2 is scheduled to start ending at 10:20am; and so on. If a lot receives a bid within the last 3 minutes. it will remain open for an additional 3 minutes. If any further bidding occurs, the online bidding extension timer will reset to 3 minutes. If no further bidding activity occurs, the lot closes when the timer runs out.
