This is a wonderful and beautiful wooded community close to the lake!! Building lots for single family houses and there is a sewer tap for each lot so public sewer. A well would need to be drilled by buyer. The house footprint would need to fit within a circle w an 80' diameter. There is some land around that circle that would convey but all other land is community owned. There are some restrictions on what you can build and who you can use to build. Overall a great place to build a second home!!!
