Per the seller the building was built in 1888 as the Union Grove School. It was sold to the church in 1930 and has remained ever since. I was told by the county that the ST zoning is residential but the church is acceptable use. There are other acceptable uses but they would need to be approved by the county. Lots of great old features of both the school and the church. There is currently no bathroom or septic system. Please contact the county regarding adding a bathroom/septic system and actual land use. The church once used an outhouse and lately has used a porta potty for events. Lots of parking and a large storage building located directly behind the church building. Location survey available.
