Looking only for CASH, fully approved HARD money or approved private lenders. ALL offers must be written and on MAR contracts with a Bank letter showing proof of funds or lender letter showing money fully available. This will need a full renovation. The roof and most windows appear to be in serviceable condition, but that's about it. The solar panels will NOT be removed by the sellers. Anyone who purchases the property must agree to the terms of the solar company or pay to have them removed. THERE IS NOT A WORKING WELL. The shallow well failed and a new well will be the reasonability of the new owner.
