My core understanding of superior customer service stems from my 15 plus years working as a supervisor for a fortune 500 company and 10 plus years growing my family business. I am committed to focusing on understanding my clients needs and desires. I believe in nurturing my client relationships throughout the transaction and beyond. Background I have lived in Maryland my entire life, born and raised in Anne Arundel County. My passion for real estate goes back to the early 1800's, when my great-great Grandfather, Captain James A Spencer along with a few business associates, owned 1700 acres of land throughout Anne Arundel County. Today some of the land is still owned by family members, other portions were donated to build schools and churches, the remainder was sold. Also, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, riding my motorcycle, camping, sports and traveling. In 2007, I obtained my real estate license. After working for a few real estate brokerages, I joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2014, a global leader in real estate services, because of their high standards of their global recognition. I strive to expand my outreach in the community. throughout my involvement with Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors, volunteer committee and other local community programs. I also provide mentorship to new agents in my office at Coldwell Banker.
