During this time she has been successful in helping sellers sell their homes quickly and for top dollar with the least amount of hassle. She has helped to educate and guide hundreds of first time home buyers to make educated buying decisions and providing them with extensive knowledge placing them at ease during the transaction every step of the way. Rosemary also brings 18 years of real estate appraisal experience to both her buyers and sellers. Knowing the right price nets sellers more $$ and buyers peace of mind and a smooth transaction. She hold a Maryland Associate Broker license and the following designations: Graduate, Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and Senior Real Estate Specialist. In addition for 18 yrs she held a Residential Appraisal license and was an FHA certified appraiser, Staff Appraiser for a large local lender and an expert witness in Maryland Bankruptcy court. For 10 years she also had the position of Team Leader training new agents as they entered the real estate field.
