For over 21 years Melissa Kesner-Fultz has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in real estate transactions and is the professional you want to represent you. Whether you are buying or selling real estate, her knowledge and passion for helping clients is her priority. She has been immersed in this business from childhood as the daughter of one of Coldwell Banker's most seasoned agents. She is married to a former Marine and has an extensive knowledge of the process of working with our Military community as well. Her approach is simple - to guide clients to success by giving them the time and attention they deserve along with giving them the benefit of her knowledge and experience. She has her e-PRO, SFR, and MRP certifications and works with many different types of buyers, sellers and investors and handles lease transactions for residential clients.
