About Guy

Guy Allen is an Ellicott City native and has earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park, and a MSEE from Johns Hopkins University. During h is 20-year engineering career, he worked in software development and transitioned into technical management. In 2006 Guy shifted his focus towards real estate, and in 2010, began his role as President for GR Group LLC, devoted to real estate investment and property management. In 2015 Guy started a second career as a Sales Associate Coldwell Banker Realty. He is designated as an Accredited Buyer's Representative and offers each client a tailored approach to the transaction, providing expertise as both an agent and an investor and giving them a competitive edge in today's market.
