About Hugh

Growing-up, I loved the open spaces, clean air, and rural way-of-life of the eastern shore. I loved to hunt, fish, and sail (and leave my doors unlocked). When I graduated from American University my wife and I decided to return to the shore and raise a family (great schools, league sports, safe streets). In 1983 I went to work marketing and selling waterfront resort communities - what better way to engage and share my passion for real estate and boats≠ I have been a real estate broker ever since. Along the way I have been a broker, a manager, a developer, a trainer, a mentor and a coach. I have had the privilege of helping thousands of buyers and sellers and guiding the careers of hundreds of real estate agents. I am a past-President of the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors (MSBR). My proudest achievement is being the Founding and First President of Habitat for Humanity of Talbot County (now Choptank). We recently celebrated our 25th Anniversary and 75th housing completion!
