A proud resident of Talbot County for over 33 years, Chata began her Real Estate career in 1997. A recognized top producer specializing in waterfront residences / farms and hunting properties. Known for her enthusiasm and knowledge of The Eastern Shore she shows instinctive and unwavering attention to clients needs from start to satisfactory finish. Born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, became a Dept. Head at The Philadelphia Museum of Art until her marriage to husband Hugh in 1982 moving permanently to Easton and raising three children of which they are immensely proud. She has served on numerous boards ranging from the arts to early education, and the Talbot Co. Garden Club. She spends her spare time with her children and grandchildren. Adores tennis, golf, riding, as well as water sports.
