Tammy has worked in real estate for over 34 years in some capacity, with a background in the title industry prior to residential sales. Her experience as a title examiner, underwriter, processor, manager and vice president at various firms has afforded her a unique perspective, and a strong base of knowledge which led her to become a licensed agent. In her first three months in the business, she achieved coveted status as Agent of the Month with over a million dollars in sales. Tammy knew real estate was for her. As an agent starting out in Virginia, she sold a home in her area every weekend during summer season, and over 40 homes that year averaging four a month. Licensed since 2001 in Virginia, Maryland and Georgia, Tammy is also a Certified Buyers Agent with a particular fondness for helping first-time purchasers. “I love changing lives through real estate, one happy client at a time. I enjoy new adventures and believe in people and their desire to be home owners. Guiding and supporting them through the process keeps my job interesting and rewarding each day.” Clients appreciate that Tammy always provides excellent customer service, is easy to work with and can be reached anytime. Most of her clients have been referred, which attests to their satisfaction. She prides herself on encouraging clients to make their own decisions once she has provided all the information they need to feel empowered. Tammy mainly sells homes in Baltimore and Harford County. She has lived in the Pikesville area for over 10 years. A native of Southampton, NY, Tammy was raised in Westhampton Beach where she spent over three decades. She is married to her best friend, and has a blended family of eight as well as one granddaughter. Tammy is also a Licensed Notary Public, and volunteers at Ronald McDonald House in Baltimore City. For fun, she likes fishing and bowling when time allows.
