About Stephanie

As a member of the Martin Home Group of Coldwell Banker Realty, I am excited to have joined father Gary Martin and brothers Jeremy and Tim Martin in “the family business.” A longtime Frederick County resident, I come from a 27-year background in conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments on multi-family housing for the mortgage lending industry. As such, I am well-versed in a wide variety of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae requirements, and possess an in-depth understanding of factors affecting the residential real estate loan process. My family and I have been active in the Frederick County and Town of Walkersville communities for many years, and I look forward to using my skills and expertise to help meet your real estate needs in Frederick County and surrounding areas.
