Bethany is a member of The Lancelotta Group of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Bethany began her real estate career in 2003 as a member of her family's top producing real estate team. She has a background in marketing and digital design. Her services include home staging help, providing professional photography and a thorough market analysis, strong negotiation and communication skills, attending inspections and settlement, and much more. Bethany is sure to be your greatest advocate throughout the entire transaction. She is a lifelong resident of Maryland and currently resides in Bel Air with her husband and three daughters.
