Dave's extensive resume includes earning his broker's license, owning and operating a real estate brokerage, former president of the Anne Arundel County Association of REALTORS®, 2007 Realtor of the Year for Anne Arundel County Association of REALTORS®, former president of the Touchdown Club of Annapolis, and a former board member of the Severn School Board of Trustees. He has also served as the project manager of numerous new home sales projects, including Acton's Landing, and has been recognized with numerous high-level accolades within the real estate industry. With a degree in textile design, Laury Wright worked in the furniture industry designing upholstery fabric for 20 years. It was a natural transition to the real estate industry for her in 1998, having knowledge and expertise in interiors and color for the home. She and Dave have renovated older homes in years past, and Laury especially enjoys helping clients with staging, color selection, and ideas for making a dream home. Born and raised in France, Leopoldine Farrington is a Université Jean Moulin Lyon Ill law school graduate. After moving to Bordeaux France in 2001, she worked for 16 years for Compagnie Financière des Nouvelles Galeries, one of the largest financial companies in the country now owned by BNP Paribas Personal Finance. During those 16 years, she fulfilled several positions from collection to permanent control including internal audit, legal department, and general inspection. She is one of the founding members of the Central Maryland Chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance and a board member of the Alliance Française of Annapolis. When she is not playing or cooking with her daughter and husband, Leopoldine enjoys traveling, taking pictures, reading, and going to live shows and movies - as well as enjoying the beauty of the world through nature, architecture, arts, street art, and people. Laury and Dave enjoy sailing, enrichment classes at Anne Arundel Community College, attending lectures sponsored by the Annapolis Horticulture Society, attending symphonies at the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall in Baltimore, golfing at the Naval Academy Golf Association, gardening, and spending quality time with their Standard Poodle, Gigi. Additionally, lacrosse is a passion of Dave's, as he was a three-time All-American and captain of his college lacrosse team at Denison University.
